We suggest that when you print this document, print however many copies you need of page one. Then put them back into the printer face up and print the same number of page two. This will give you double sided printouts

If you try this you may need to de-select the 'scale to fit' option in your printers settings This will make sure that the finished printout will fold ceanly.
