About Area service

Narcotics Anonymous Groups in South Wales have combined their efforts to take the message of recovery to the still suffering addict and created an Area Service Committee (ASC).

The purpose of the ASC is to provide the guidance and services that the SWANA groups and fellowship needs. It also serves as a link to the fellowship in the rest of the UK and allows us to get valuable support from the rest of the country.

The ASC meets monthly between 3-6pm on the last Sunday of every month, usually at Cefn Coed Hospital, Swansea. This is where the Group Services Representatives (GSR's) report their groups needs and opinions so that we can, if possible, provide the services and support they ask for.

If you want to get involved then you can speak up in your next group concience meeting and come along to the next ASC, all are welcome.

Ask your GSR if you want to find out more or download the minutes from the last ASC meeting below
